2-Compartment Glass Containers (used for dinner):
STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE (makes 1)
1 medium banana
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup chopped zucchini
2 cups baby kale/spinach
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
Add all ingredient into a small plastic bag and freeze. When ready to make, blend with 1 – 2 cups milk of choice!
CARROT-APPLE CHIA PUDDING (makes 1)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup grated carrot
1 tablespoon grated apple (or applesauce)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
1 1/4 – 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
Add all ingredients to a mason jar. Stir and shake until evenly combined. Place in fridge and let sit for at least 60 minutes, up to 4 days.
