3 DAY DIY JUICE CLEANSE | recipes, how I'm feeling, advice

hey guys! I decided to do a juice cleanse! This was such a great experience for me, but honestly I probably wouldn’t do it again… watch the vloggy for more!!!

RECIPIES:

day one:
~breakfast:
1/2 cup kale & spinach
1/2 cup mix berries
1/2 an apple (sliced)
1 cup almond milk

~lunch:
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup pineapple
1/2 cup kale & spinach
1/2 an apple (sliced)
A few mint leaves
4 cucumber slices
1 cup almond milk

day two:
~brunch (lol):
1/2 cup mixed apple, lemon, & strawberries
1 cup mixed kale & spinach
1 cup almond milk
1/2 teaspoon matcha powder

day three:
~breakfast:
1 cup mixed spinach & kale
frozen strawberries
1/4 an apple (sliced)
1/2 tablespoon matcha powder
1/3 cup water
1 cup almond milk

~lunch:
1 cup spinach & kale
1/2 cup pineapple
a little mint
1 cup almond milk
