I receive an extraordinary number of questions about what to feed children; so that’s what I want to talk about—smart food for smart kids.
It’s no secret that obesity and type 2 diabetes rates are still rising in kids and appearing at younger and younger ages, so it’s no wonder that I receive so many questions about what to feed our kids.
Many parents simply do not know what—or even how—
to feed their kids healthy foods without a fight on their hands. Tell them, “Eat it, it’s good for you,” and that’s a sure way for them not to eat it. Anything green is met with clenched teeth.
I’m going to share with you the kind of smart foods—snacks, desserts and lunches—that kids will actually eat!
No threatening and pleading required.
