A healthy breakfast can be tricky to get into the kids some mornings, especially the PICKY EATERS! This breakfast smoothie is a recipe for kids, made by kids (my own former picky eater and his brother). I hope you give it a shot and if you do, tag me over on Instagram @ holisticlittlesprouts
RECIPE FOR MY HEALTHY BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE FOR KIDS
Makes 2 large or 4 mini’s
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
1/2 of a banana
1 scoop of unflavoured protein powder. Here’s the one I trust for my kids:
2 cups of baby spinach
1/2 of an avocado
1 1/2 cups of water
2 tbsp of full fat coconut milk. Here’s the one I use:
Blend, serve, enjoy, your holistically made breakfast!
