Cook with me Food Vlog | healthy breakfast, lunch & dinner!

Hey guys,
something a little bit different today- I thought I would just do some cooking with you and show you guys a couple of healthy meals that I was making today 🙂

I hope you like it even though it’s so random and not something i’ve ever put on this channel before!

Let me know if you ended up making any of the meals we had or if you have any easy family meal suggestions- I’d love to know!

Also- even though this day was super healthy- we do like to indulge in naughty food too!

Porridge-
almond milk
splash of semi skimmed milk
3 handfuls of oats
your choice of topping (we have raspberries, blueberries and banana!)

Green Goddess Salad Bowl- (from Madaline Shaws cookbook)

50g kale, thinly shredded
2 tbsp coconut oil
100g spinach
4 eggs
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1 avocado
dressing-
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 lime, cut into wedges
Salt and pepper

Vegetable Stew-1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, peeled and sliced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
1 parsnips, peeled and diced
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 swede, peeled and diced
1 pint hot vegetable stock
1 can tomatoes
1 can butter beans/ lentils
salt and pepper
