Easy Chana Chat 2 Ways | Leftover Chickpeas | No Green Chutney No Tamarind Chutney | Healthy | Chickpeas Salad | Mary’s Treat

Now it is easy to prepare chat at our home. This one doesn’t need any chutney and can be prepared within few minutes. We can serve it for either tea or as a dinner. I am showing a healthy version also, by avoiding the crisps and chana curry.
Do give a try and enjoy the heavenly taste.

Ingredients

1st Chat

Tomato 1/2 of a small
Onion 1/2 of a small
Leftover chickpeas curry 1/2 cup
Sev/Aloo bujiya/mixture 1/2 cup
Any crisp a handful
Puffed rice a handful
Curd 4-5 tablespoon
Kashmiri chilli powder a pinch
Chat masala 2 pinches
Coriander leaves a bunch

2nd Chat – Healthy version

Tomato 1/2 of a small
Onion 1/2 of a small
Boiled chickpeas 1/2 cup
Puffed rice a handful
Curd 4-5 tablespoon
Kashmiri chilli powder a pinch
Chat masala 2 pinches
Coriander leaves a bunch
