Jowar Tacos And Ragi Cookies –

For Buckwheat Dhokla:
• 1 cup Desi Atta Kuttu Atta
• 1/2 cup Dahi
• 3 tbsp Crushed Peanuts
• Green Chilli To Taste
• Fresh Coriander Leaves
• 1 tsp Golden Harvest Sugar
• Sendha Namak To Taste
• Water As Required
• 1 tsp Fruit Salt

For Coriander Chutney:
• 3 cup Coriander Leaves
• 1/2 cup Peanuts
• Green Chilli To Taste
• Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
• 1/2 Lemon’s Juice

For Sweet Potato Chaat:
• 100 gms Boiled Sweet Potatoes
• 1 tbsp Fresh & Pure Ghee
• Sendha Namak To Taste
• Green Chilli To Taste
• Ginger To Taste
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• Lemon Juice To Taste
• 1/4 tsp Golden Harvest Black Pepper Powder
• Fresh Coriander Leaves
• 1 tsp Golden Harvest Cumin Powder


Coriander Chutney
1. To make the chutney, take a mixer jar, add a cup of peanuts, green chillies, sugar, salt to taste, lemon juice, coriander leaves, water as required and Blend it all together.
2. Garnish with coriander leaves and Use it as a dip whenever.

Buckwheat Dhokla
1. To make the batter, take a big bowl, add a cup of kuttu atta, half cup of dahi and Mix it well together.
2. Add sugar, sendha namak to taste, green chilli as per taste, crushed peanuts, water as required and Mix it well. Rest for about 10-15 minutes.
3. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, fruit salt, water to adjust the consistency and Mix it well.
4. Add a pinch of black pepper powder and fresh coriander leaves.
5. Place a bowl of water in a steamer and give it a good steam.
6. Cook it in a steamer for about 15 minutes. Poke it with a knife and check.
7. Open the edges with a knife and Cut them into square pieces.
8. Garnish with grated coconut and Serve it with the coriander chutney.

Sweet Potato Chaat
1. Take a pan, grease it with a ghee, place boiled potato slices on it and Cook on both the sides until they turn golden brown in colour.
2. Season the pieces with sendha namak and Sprinkle some black pepper powder along with powdered sugar.
3. Drizzle it with some lemon juice, garnish with chopped green chilli and Sprinkle some cumin powder.
4. Garnish with ginger along with coriander leaves and it’s Ready to Eat!
