If you are thinking of starting a green smoothie cleanse, this is a great recipe. I had to share this cleanse by JJ Smith. The pic of me you saw is a throw back. I’m in good shape now but if you have seen my other videos, you know I am not in THAT kind of shape lol This is my journey to having a flat stomach like I did in the pic. That pic is part of my motivation. 🙂 Here are the ingredients for the smoothie:
