This quick-to-make, tasty Ragi Porridge (or Finger Millet Porridge) is a healthy breakfast recipe to kick-start your day. Using raw cane sugar instead of refined white sugar makes it even more healthy and tasty too!

The ingredients of this sprouted ragi powder recipes are as follows:
1. Ragi flour – 4 table spoons
2. Raw cane sugar/ Jaggery – 2 table spoons or according to taste
3. Grated fresh coconut (optional) – 2 table spoons
4. Soaked groundnuts ( optional) – 2 fistfulls
4. Milk cold (optional) 1/2 cup
5. Water – 4 cups
