HOW TO MAKE SNAKE JUICE (ORIGINAL RECIPE), KIDNEY SHOT TEA & DO CROSSFIT

UPDATE: at 3mins 51 secs, max potassium chloride intake is 4700mg/L not 2700mg/L. In this video I will walk you through how I make my Snake Juice on wet fast days, the Kidney Shot in a tea and how I was able to get through my first couple cross fit workouts in a fasted state. I am pretty lean so I this video is for people in my situation who don’t have a lot to lose, but still want to train to build up muscle, and fast to reduce total body fat percentage.

I started the Snake Diet in March 2018 to deal with some health issues and cut down on some extra weight because I love food, wine and margaritas. RECIPE INFORMATION

Snake Juice
* 1.5 L Water (PH greater than 7 and Alkalinity more than 120ppm)
* ~1.5 tsp salt (Sodium (Himalayan Sea Salt) = 2000mg/L of water)
* ~1.5 tsp no salt (Potassium (No Salt or Salt Free) = 4700 mg/day max)

Snake Diet Kidney Tea (Drink through a straw & Brush Teeth when you are done)
* 2 parts Lemon to 1 part Apple Cider Vinegar
* Lemon Juice = up to 8 Tbs / day
* Apple Cider Vinegar = up to 4 Tbs / day
* Cayenne Pepper (optional) = a dash
* 1/2 tsp Baking soda (optional) = will make your drink bubble
* Boiling hot water (as much or as little as you like)

I normally put the maximum amount to make one tea per day because I love the flavor.

HOW I CAN TRAIN

Since I do CrossFit, I make sure that I eat a meal before I workout. In this video, I ate a nutritious dinner the night before (no specific diet, but it had a lot of vegetables) and trained the next morning. If I want to train in the evening, I would just eat a meal at lunch instead and train later in the day. I ensure that before, during and after the workout, I am drinking the snake juice to rehydrate me so that I don’t faint. Keep in mind calories still do count so if you want to contiue to cut down on your weight on your refeed days, be smart with your choices.
