It is not a stretch to say I eat these keto cinnamon flaxseed muffins every day. At our house, I make them at least once a week for my wife and I. It makes a nice quick breakfast and these flaxseed muffins really help keep everything moving. The base is very flexible, you can add nuts, coconut shreds, really anything and make a more filling recipe. You could also pair these keto cinnamon muffins with a simple icing to make a mock cinnamon bun.
