Ingredients Below:

*Healthy Fruit Smoothie*
1 whole mango from Peru (sliced whichever way you wish)
1 large or medium Mexican banana
1 and 2/3 cup of fresh almond milk
1-2 tbsp of ground roasted almond
You will need a smoothie machine for this.

*LeftOver Rotisserie Chicken Broth (Party Recipe)*
20 cups of cold or warm water (pot I used 6 inches deep by 11 inches wide)
1 tbsp of chopped garlic
1/2 medium white onion (sliced)
1 tbsp of olive oil

*LeftOver Chicken Rotisserie Arroz Caldo (Porridge)*
18 cups Chicken Broth from above
1 tbsp of table salt
2 tbsp of chicken stock mix for added seasoning
All the leftover meat from the leftover rotisserie chicken (shredded)
2 cups of washed Botan rice
6 green spring onions (slice or chopped)
2-3 tbsp of chopped or sliced ginger

*Optional before serving your Arroz Caldo and adjust according to each taste:
*1-2 whole lemon (sliced and add a freshly squeeze lemon juice before serving)
* Freshly ground black pepper
* sesame oil
*shallots oil
*cilantro (finely chopped)

* Boiled Corn On The Cob (peaches and cream corn)*
8 uncook corn on the cob (see this video on how to cook)

*Chicken Corn Soup*
2 cooked corn on the cob (scrape the corn from the cob)
100g of shredded leftover rotisserie chicken meat
2 cups Chicken broth
1/2 tsp of table salt
1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
1tbsp cornstarch
2 handful of baby spinach
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1/2 medium white onion (sliced)
1 tbsp crispy fried shallots (optional)

*Chicken Sandwich Spread*
200g Shredded Chicken (From the 3 leftover rotisserie chicken)
1 tsp of condensed milk
1 tsp of freshly squeeze lemon juice
1/4 tsp table salt
3 tbsp finely chopped fresh cucumber
2 slices 12 grains bread (optional)
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 large spinach warp (optional plus optional baby spinach and lettuce)
optional 12 pieces of Ritz Crackers (You may use any crackers)
