Pasta is a very perfect recipe for who is having cholesterol. it lowers the rate of cholesterol. it is very low in sodium a d absolutely cholesterol free.

Macroni – 3 cups
Tomatoes – 3 no.s
Onions – 1 big
Green chillies – 3 no.s
Garlic pods – 3 no.s
Ginger pieces – 1 tablespoon
Butter- 2-3 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder – 3 teaspoons
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Red chilli sauce – 1 tablespoon
Chilliflakes – 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Tomato ketchup – 1 tablespoon

Fresh Pasta herbs:
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves

Take water in a bowl add little oil & salt and made into boil. Then add macroni to the boiling water and cook for 10 mins. Meanwhile take butter in a pan, add garlic, ginger pieces and saute for 2 mins. Then add Chopped onions and green chillies. Tomatoes are blend into fine paste and then add to the pan. Now add fresh herbs to it. Now add cooked & strained macroni to the pan. Then add red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, pepper powder, red chilli flakes to it and mix well. Then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder to it. Finally add coriander leaves and spring onions & serve hot…
