150ml lukewarm water
350g plain flour
20ml olive oil
200g vegan butter
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp parsley
4 vine tomatoes
16 black olives
1 pack vegan feta cheese
4 tbsp olive oil
Mix ingredients together, knead, leave to prove then roll out into pizza dough and dough balls.
Melt vegan butter, slice garlic and then fry garlic in butter. Pour half on dough balls and save half for dipping.
Chop up ingredients and mix together in bowl
Top pizza base with tomato puree and toppings then cook in oven, along with dough balls.
