Hey guys! Today we’re bringing you the dish you have all been begging us for – the SPICEBOX CREAMY KORMA!! Our plant-based korma is by far the most popular dish in the curry house, so we’re so excited to be sharing it with you. Voted as one of the best vegan dishes in London, this vegan korma has some serious street cred and now you can make it for yourself!

For this plant-based korma recipe you’ll need:
Cashews
1 tin coconut milk
Half onion
Bay leaves
Cloves
Cardamom pods
Garlic
Ginger
Coriander seeds
Cumin seeds
Fenugreek seeds
Oil
Turmeric
Lime
Corriander
Water

Seasonal veg:
For summer we chose:
Asparagus
Carrots
Cauliflower
Peas

In winter, try it with sweet potato or butternut squash.

Serve with basmati rice.
