Today I am making tender juicy pork chops stewed in a green salsa. This is a great recipe or dinner idea for pork chops. The green salsa is versatile and is mild to medium spice. For extra spicy salsa try substituting the jalapeno and poblano peppers with serrano peppers.

2 lbs (907 g) pork chops
1 1/2 tsp (6.5 g) season all seasoning salt
1 tsp (4 g) garlic powder
1 tsp (4 g) onion powder
1/2 tsp Mexican oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tomatillos (130 g)
1 small onion (155 g)
1 poblano pepper (115 g)
1 jalapeño pepper ( 50 g)
2 cloves garlic (12 g)
1/2 cup (118 ml) water
1 Tbsp (10 g) chicken bouillon powder
2 Tbsp (30 ml) cooking oil (for browning pork chops)
*salt to taste if necessary
