Weight Watchers Freestyle Friendly One Pot Beef Stroganoff!

Hey guys! Jessica here! in today’s video I show you a Weight Watchers Freestyle Friendly One Pot Beef Stroganoff recipe. I adapted this recipe from a Cooking Panda recipe that I saw. This was so delicious, and it was 9sp for 1 3/4 cups. I hope you guys enjoy this recipe! You will need:
16oz fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
1lb extra lean ground beef
4 cups of low sodium beef stock
8oz uncooked whole wheat egg noodles
1tbsp of cornstarch
1/2 cup of plain non fat greek yogurt
1tbsp of minced garlic
2 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
parsley for garnish
Heat a large pot and sautee the onions, mushrooms, and salt and pepper together until softened. Add garlic. Add the ground beef and paprika and cook until ground beef is brown. Reserve 2tbsp of the beef stock. Then add the remaining beef stock and egg noodles to the pan. Cover pan and cook for 15 to 20 mins. In a small bowl combine the cornstarch with the reserved beef stock. Stir into the pot until it begins to thicken. Add the 1/2 cup of plain non fat greek yogurt.
This recipe makes four 1 3/4 cup servings. Each serving is 9sp.
